By accessing or using Trackliy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trackliy is a team collaboration platform that provides Kanban-style task management, real-time messaging, and HD video/audio calling capabilities. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related services provided by Trackliy.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Workspaces & Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Trackliy, including tasks, messages, files, and recordings. By using the Service, you grant Trackliy a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Workspace owners and admins may manage member access and content within their workspaces.

6. Payment & Billing

• Free plans are available with limited features and storage.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The Trackliy name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, designs, and intellectual property are owned by Trackliy. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. The Service's source code, design, and architecture are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackliy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
